- Hemangioblastomas: Cerebellum > Retina > Brainstem
- Renal cell carcinoma (more commonly bilateral and smaller than sporadic form)

- Angiomas: leptomeninges and skin of the face
Tuberous Sclerosis
- Angiomyolipomas
- Subependymal nodules may degenerate to subependymal giant-cell astrocytomas (SEGA)
